When visitors leave feedback on our web, we collect the data that appears in the form, the IP direction and the user agent chain from the browser to help prevent spam.

An anonymous chain created from your email direction (also known as hash) can be provided to Gravatar to see if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. When your feedback is approved, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your message.

Media

If you upload images to the web, you should avoid uploading images with location data (GPS EXIF) in them. Other site visitors could download and extract any location data from this images.

How long do we save your data

If you leave a comment, the message and its metadata will be saved indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve successive comments automatically, instead of having to have them in a moderation queue.
